Rates are fetched from the free open.er-api.com feed, which updates daily. They are indicative — banks and money changers apply their own spread.

Does it work offline?

Yes. After the first successful load, the latest rates are cached in your browser, so conversions still work if you go offline.

Can I use it for accounting?

For quick estimates, yes. For invoices, tax filings or bank transfers, always confirm the exact rate with your bank on the day of the transaction.

Are my files uploaded to a server?
