What BMI counts as healthy?
The WHO defines 18.5–24.9 as normal weight, under 18.5 as underweight and 25+ as overweight or obese.
Is BMI accurate for athletes?
No — BMI doesn't distinguish muscle from fat, so muscular people can show as overweight. Use body-fat percentage instead if that applies.
